There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Philp Phantom will cancel your order after the limited period.

It is important that you carefully check your products when you receive your delivery in order to verify that the products are not damaged and wrong. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to our courier partner. Defective products returned to Philip Phantom should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.
Philip Phantom has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Philip Phantom will send the product back to the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

However we will REPLACE the product for FREE and ship you the new replacement within 14 days after purchased, or EXCHANGE your products under these circumstances after the verification and inspection done by our team:
